These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Aline Safety Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”).
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Aline Safety Solutions provides fire safety servicing and related compliance support services in Singapore, including but not limited to:
• Fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance
• Fire extinguisher refilling and replacement
• Fire safety compliance support
• General advisory relating to fire safety requirements
All services are carried out in accordance with prevailing Singapore regulations and industry standards at the time of servicing.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information regarding the premises and equipment
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to service locations
• Comply with applicable fire safety regulations
• Inform us of any known defects or prior issues
We shall not be responsible for delays or service limitations caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Matters
While we aim to assist clients in maintaining fire safety compliance, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the property owner or occupier.
We do not guarantee:
• Approval by regulatory authorities
• Successful outcome of inspections
• Regulatory decisions made by authorities
Regulatory requirements may change, and compliance standards are subject to interpretation by the relevant authorities.
4. Quotations and Pricing
• All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
• Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes.
• Additional work requested by the Client may be charged separately.
Final charges will reflect the actual services rendered.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur administrative or recovery costs.
• We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
We reserve the right to charge a service fee where:
• A technician attends the site and access is not granted
• Cancellation occurs at short notice
• Time and resources have already been allocated
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from factors beyond our control, including regulatory decisions or third-party actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
8. Warranty
We warrant that services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
This warranty does not cover:
• Equipment that is already defective or beyond repair
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
• Issues arising after servicing due to external factors
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Regulatory changes
• Labour disputes
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, and documentation provided by Aline Safety Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website.
